The initial startup location. All notecards and brackets are stored in the Data Files folder.

Create Notecards: Creates notecards for specified division of wrestlers.
- Prompts for the division.
Create Brackets: Creates brackets, bout sheets, and score sheets.
- Prompts for the division.
- Prompts for a starting bracket number.
  - Displays the last bracket made and the default value for the next bracket.
    - Press Enter to use the default value.
- Only allows bracket creation for a division if all participants are grouped via app.
Exit: Exits the software.
