Landing Page

The initial page for the app.

  • Sign In Button: Directs users to sign in using their web credentials. Once signed in, users will be redirected to the Routing Page.

Routing Page

Navigation hub to access different functionalities of the app. Buttons displayed are based on user account permissions.

Tournament Selection Page

Displays all available tournaments.

  • Tournament Buttons
    • Once a tournament is chosen, the user will be routed to the appropriate page based on the selection made at the Routing Page.
  • Back Button
  • Sign Out Button

Assign Brackets Page

Allows users to group wrestlers into brackets. The current tournament selected at the Tournament Selection Page will be displayed in the banner.

  • Manual ID Entry Field: Enter a 6-digit wrestler ID to manually add a wrestler.
    • Add Button: Adds the wrestler to the list if the ID is valid, not already added, and if there are fewer than 5 wrestlers.
  • Wrestler Table: Displays the list of added wrestlers.
    • Tap on a wrestler to remove them from the list.
    • Wrestlers in red have already been grouped.
  • Scan QR Codes Button: Opens the camera to scan wrestler IDs via QR codes.
    • Wrestlers will be displayed at the top left of the screen.
    • Tap on a wrestler to remove them from the list.
    • Wrestlers in red have already been grouped.
    • Error messages encountered during scanning will be displayed in red.
    • Scan QR Code Button: Scans current image for QR code.
    • Back Button: Closes the camera.
  • Create Group Button: Groups the added wrestlers together. Enabled when at least two wrestlers are added.
    • A confirmation dialog will appear to confirm grouping. Choose yes or no.
      • Yes: Wrestlers will be grouped and cleared from the table.
        • If one or more wrestlers are already grouped, another confirmation dialog will appear.
          • Yes (KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING): The group will be overwritten for wrestlers in red. Wrestlers will be cleared from the table.
          • No: Wrestlers will not be grouped and will be cleared from the table.
    • A confirmation message will be displayed at the bottom if wrestlers are successfully grouped.
  • Back Button: Routes the user back to the Tournament Selection Page.
  • Refresh Button: Manually refreshes the database of wrestlers. Use this if a wrestler is not showing up.

Wrestler Lookup Page

Routes the user from the Tournament Selection Page based on the button clicked on the Routing Page (Weigh Ins or View Wrestler Info). The current tournament selected at the Tournament Selection Page will be displayed in the banner.

  • Start QR Scan: Opens the camera to scan QR codes. Automatically detects and scans a QR code. The dialog will open.
  • First Name Search: Wrestlers with a first name containing the input characters will appear in a dialog. Select a wrestler from the dialog.
  • Last Name Search: Wrestlers with a last name containing the input characters will appear in a dialog. Select a wrestler from the dialog.
  • ID Search Field: Enter a wrestler’s ID to fetch their information. The button becomes clickable once 6 digits are entered.
    • If no wrestler is found, an error message will display.
  • Close Button: Closes the dialog.
  • Submit Button: Submits the entered weight and checks the wrestler in.
  • Dialog: Opens the Wrestler Weigh In Dialog for Weigh Ins or the Wrestler Information Dialog for View Wrestler Info.
  • Back Button: Routes the user back to the Tournament Selection Page.
  • Refresh Button: Manually refreshes the database of wrestlers. Use this if a wrestler is not showing up.

Wrestler Weigh In Dialog

Allows the user to check in wrestlers. Displays the wrestler’s ID, first name, last name, club name, and checked-in status.

  • The checked-in status will be red if the wrestler has already been checked in.
  • Division
    • The wrestler’s current division is siplayed in the drop down. Change if wrong.
  • Weight
    • The wrestler’s pre-entered weight is displayed as a hint. Enter the wrestler’s weight.
      • Submit Button: Appears once a weight is entered. Click to check in the wrestler.
        • A confirmation dialog will appear to validate the entered weight. Confirm or cancel.
          • If the weight is not within 10 pounds, the text will be larger and red.
          • If the weight is not within 5 pounds, the text will be larger.
    • Close Button: Closes the dialog.

Wrestler Information Dialog

Displays wrestler information, including:

  • ID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Payment Status
    • Yes if the user has paid.
    • No if the user hasn’t paid.
    • Notes will be displayed. Rotate your device to see more information.
  • Club Name
  • Division
  • Weight
  • Sex
  • Age
  • Experience
  • Group
  • Checked In Status

Wrestler Payment Dialog

Displays wrestler information, including:

  • ID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Division
  • Club Name
  • Checked In Status
  • Payment Status
    • The current payment status shows up in the drop down. Change if needed.
      • Default Options
        • 0 (Not Paid)
        • Venmo
        • Cash
        • Check
      • Any other notes will be displayed as an option.

Requirements

  • Internet access
  • Valid Meyer Innovations Account
  • Camera Access
    • Not required. Manual entry is available.
    • Users will be prompted to allow camera access when the camera is opened for the first time.
